Right of Return (14 Days)
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Purchase receipt or order confirmation must be provided
- All accessories and warranty documents must be included
- Defective products: can be returned within 30 days
Non-Returnable Products
- Air conditioning units after installation
- Custom-made products

- Ship the product in its original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 14 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are transferred to a bank account or e-wallet.
